Together, What If
Summary and Questions
There are two ways to live in the world: We can choose to contribute to the world’s problems or we can choose to contribute to the world’s solutions.
Which way do you choose?
We may have certain rights but does living out those rights serve to benefit the community?
Weekly Prayer
Lord, we all come from different places this week. For some of us, it was a desert place - dry and desperate. For others, it was a place of abundant harvest. We are still counting our blessings. And for most, it has been a mixture of highs and lows.
We have sought excitement in places that turned out to be wastelands and worried over desert places that turned out to hold life-giving water.
Wherever we find ourselves, we ultimately know that we are not home until we are home with you.
As we move into a month that challenges us to reflect on all we have to be thankful, help us to be alert to the blessings we have overlooked. Amen.
