Weekly Prayer
For the scrawny kid who stepped in-between the bully and the bullied, we give you thanks. He showed us what true courage looks like.
For the underrepresented who refused to be silent, we give you thanks. She showed us what justice can do.
For the one who said, “I forgive you,” when we needed forgiveness, we give you thanks. He showed us the face of mercy.
Bless this week the one who never catches a break. Help her find some rest.
We ask in the name of the One who walks with us. Amen.
