Take Love To Places Where Love Is Absent
In the book “Same Kind of Different Than Me,” Debbie Hall befriends a homeless man named Denver. In the book, Debbie took the time to get to know Denver’s story and listened for the voice of God through him.
What she discovered is something I pray we all realize. If you want to find meaning in life, then take love to places where love is absent.
The bible declares, “Perfect love casts out fear.” Fear leads to indifference. Fear keeps us from developing relationships that could be life-changing. If we are going to see a change, then it will mean we need to take love to places that we find fearful. It means making love to places where love has been abandoned. Love stands true amid fear.
Love bears all things, and love believes all things, hopes all things, and endure all things.
Where is God asking you to show love today?
