Mid-Week Inspiration: Wednesday, November 8, 2023
"Be strong and be bold," Moses told Joshua. Just as Joshua was called to lead his people to the Promised Land, we are called to lead lives that demonstrate bold faith in every step we take.
As we move from the comfortable to the courageous, remember that true faith is not passive. Faith is an action, as James reminds us: to be doers of the word, not merely hearers.
So, this day, ask yourself, “Where is God calling me to be bold? Where am I being asked to step out in faith? What one step of faith is required of me today?”
Take a moment to reflect on the step of faith you need to take, no matter how small it may seem. Write it down, bring it before the Lord in prayer, and take that step, knowing that Jesus goes before you.

Mid-Week Prayer: Lord, I ask myself, “Where are You calling me to be bold? Where am I being asked to step out in faith?” Grant me the wisdom to discern the path You have set for me and the bravery to take that one step of faith required of me today. May Your presence embolden me, and Your love be my constant guide. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
