There's something about a summer night around a campfire: stars overhead and s'mores in hand. That's when the deep questions sneak in: What's your story? What do you believe? Why do bad things happen to good people? Or my favorite: Do you think Bigfoot is biblical?
1 Peter 3:15 says, "Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have."
So, go ahead and share your story. Not the one about whether or not you believe Bigfoot is real, but your God story. Your story might sound simple: I was anxious, and God gave me peace. I was lost, and God found me.
Your story isn't just yours. It's one way God shines light in someone else's dark. So don't underestimate it. Your story could be the spark that helps someone else find their way home.
