Together, What If
Summary and Questions
“Choose today whom you will serve” Joshua 24: 15.
While God did choose us, we are now being called to choose how we will live out what it means to be chosen.
What choices do you need to make that demonstrate your commitment to the Lord?

Weekly Prayer
Lord, give us the courage to slow down. Our lives are a whirlwind of to-do lists and activities. We are living out a flood of joy-less obligations and heartless generosity.
Lead us not into anxiety.
May our gaze linger enough to look one another in the eyes, our movement slows down enough to truly hear what someone is saying to us, and our minds are grounded on the moment in front of us instead of what is coming up.
Take us into the silence of our hearts so we can hear your voice and speak and act in ways that are kind and loving towards others.
We pray this to the One who truly knows us, Jesus the Christ. Amen.

Random Thought: Skate Country in Gainesville is closing. Here are five facts about me and Skate Country:
I was never good at the Hokey-Pokey
The limbo scared me.
I held the hand of a girl for more than a few minutes for the first time while sitting on the carpeted benches.
We didn’t hold hands after the couple’s skate (nor did she look at me) - I might have embarrassed her by falling one too many times.
I kinda liked the pizza
Does anyone else have Skate Country memories to share? Or where was your favorite hangout spot as a teenager?
