Find Somebody Nobody Else Loves, and Love Them
In 1989 Mother Teresa visited Phoenix, Arizona, to open up a shelter for the homeless.
During the brief visit, she was interviewed by the local radio station. The interviewer asked if there was anything he could do for her and the new shelter. He expected for her to say a financial contribution or media coverage.
But, instead, she said, “Find somebody nobody else loves, and love them."
Friends, there is a lot of hopelessness in our world today—many people who feel unlovable.
What if we made it our mission to love those who feel abandoned? What if we love the ones nobody else loves? Imagine the difference it would make in our world.
And maybe you are the person that feels unloved. If so, I want you to know that God loves you with a love that refuses to let you go. God’s love for you is eternal.
